The Propster in Sweden

Hallå Sweden!

As a PROPSTER you are very often on the road, not only in the DACH region, but also beyond the borders of Austria. Yesterday we were in the Swedish capital Stockholm. Because where real estate is being built, we are on site to optimize processes and solve existing pain points. Together with the Austrian foreign trade we organized a workshop in Stockholm yesterday and invited important developers to analyze the real estate market in Sweden with us. The needs of buyers in Sweden differ from those in our region. However, or even because of this, the market is an interesting one for us and we have gained enough insight to adapt our product to it. It will be very interesting in the field of prefabricated houses for propsters, because that is where our house configurator comes into play. In addition, our platform idea was also very well received, where it is primarily about accompanying the consumer from the purchase and providing all necessary information, documents, products and services.

Our founder & CEO Milan Zahradnik and our local man Sini Dakic were then able to deepen the newly gained knowledge over lunch and thus set the course for a possible future together. With all this new knowledge we can now prepare ourselves well for the Nordbygg in March 2020. With more than 900 exhibitors and 48,000 visitors, Nordbygg is the largest construction trade fair in Northern Europe and is also of great interest to the Proptech community.
